AWSOME!! I purchased a pair of Uggs on Wed. night and had them at my door on Thurs. afternoon. I decided though that I wanted a different color instead, so I called customer service, they walked me through the replacement procedure and done! She already has my new Uggs on the way.

I believe a size 8 would have been too big. I ordered the Cardy in grey and love the color. The entire foot area is lined with sheepskin and is very cozy and soft
